In my paintings, mainly Mixed Media, I combine expressive marks, abstract forms, and layered textures to convey themes of interconnectedness and personal experience. By being in the present with each brush stroke or gesture, I connect with the now, my feelings and emotions. With each layer of spontaneous marks and glazes I explore the tension between control and freedom, inviting viewers into a contemplative space where my inner world may connect with theirs.
